Our Policy
Scheduling: Lessons are held at the same day and time each week. To reschedule, please provide at least 24-hour notice, subject to instructor availability.
Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for making progress. You have 60 days to make up any missed lessons; after that, the opportunity for a makeup lesson will be forfeited.
Payment: Fees are due in advance or at the start of each month, as agreed upon. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and other methods. Bi-weekly or occasional lesson payments can be accommodated.
Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a full charge. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the instructor's discretion.
Materials: Students are responsible for obtaining necessary materials, such as sheet music or textbooks, unless otherwise provided by the instructor.
Practice: Consistent practice between lessons is crucial for improvement. Your instructor will provide guidance on effective practice routines and techniques.
Etiquette: Please show respect for your instructor, fellow students, and the learning environment. Silence cell phones and minimize distractions during lessons.
Parental Involvement: For students under 18, we encourage parental involvement in practice and communication with the instructor to support progress. Daily practice is essential for development.
Feedback: Open communication is vital for a successful learning experience. Share your goals, concerns, and feedback with your instructor. You may request a change of instructor at any time.
Ending Lessons: Lessons may be terminated at any time; however, refunds are not provided. Please notify us before the next billing cycle if you wish to cancel.
