Delco Music Co. is dedicated to bringing a better music experience to the area, from providing instrument repair to in-home private music lessons.

Bill Baraldi is the founder and owner. He started playing percussion at 8 years old, getting his first drum set at 10. 2 years later, he got a guitar starter pack from the local music store, Springfield Music, and began taking lessons there under Rich Pacienza. Bill continued to learn more instruments throughout high school and joined a few ensembles from Jazz Band to Indoor Drumline. Bill started teaching private lessons in high school for guitar, and went on to West Chester University where he studied Music Education with a focus on Classical Guitar. After a few semesters, he switched to Business Management, with a minor in Music.

From there, Bill started working with George’s Music in Springfield as a sales associate for 3 years, then a Sales Manager for 2 years. Bill decided retail sales was not his passion, but music was and switched to teaching full time in 2020. It was at the end of this year that he formally created Delco Music Co.
