Our Policy

1. Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled the same day and time each week. Changes require at least 24-hour notice, subject to instructor availability.

2. Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for progress. Student get 60 days to makeup any missed lessons.

3. Payment: Fees are due in advance or at the beginning of each month, as agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, Venmo, etc .

4. Cancellation: Lessons canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be charged in full. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the instructor.

5. Materials: Students are responsible for acquiring necessary materials, such as sheet music or textbooks, unless provided by the instructor.

6. Practice: Consistent practice between lessons is essential for progress. Your instructor will provide guidance on practice routines and techniques.

7. Etiquette: Show respect for your instructor, fellow students, and the learning environment. Distractions such as cell phones should be silenced during lessons.

8. Parental Involvement: For students under 18, parental involvement in practice and communication with the instructor is encouraged to support progress. Enforcing daily practice is crucial for progress.

9. Feedback: Open communication is key to a successful learning experience. Share your goals, concerns, and feedback with your instructor to ensure your needs are met. You can switch instructors at any point without reason.

10. Ending Lessons: Lessons may be cancelled at any time, however, no refunds are given. Please inform us before the next billing cycle if you wish to cancel.
