Our Teachers

Simone Dorsey

Piano, Vocals, Saxophone

Coming from a family of musicians and creatives, Simone's love  for music grew at a young age.  She began formally taking saxophone and piano lessons in her mother's studio at the age of 6, inspiring her to teach alongside her family.

As a self-proclaimed "lifelong learner", Simone's passion for mastering new skills has fostered a successful career as a creative, leading her to perform at Hershey Park for years. Simone has many talents and shining qualities- from juggling, to her artwork, to her love of animals, and of course her amazing musical ability- she even has perfect pitch!

Simone strives to inspire the same curiosity, dedication, and passion for learning in her students.

Bill Baraldi

Piano, Guitar, Drums, Ukulele, Bass

Bill is the founder and owner of the Delco Music Company. Music has always captivated Bill- whistling since the age of 3- he started taking percussion lessons at the age of 8. At 10, he received his first drum set for Christmas. 2 years later, he would also receive his first guitar in a starter kit package. He took lessons at Springfield Music, learning how to play Beatles songs and read music from his teacher Rich Pacienza.

Bill has started bands, joined school ensembles, and is obsessive about music. When he isn’t playing, he is constantly thinking about it. This led him to join Indoor Drum Line, Jazz Band, Concert Band, and taking many music classes at Upper Darby High School, from Jazz Fundamentals to a few Piano classes.

Bill’s passion led him to study Music Education at West Chester University, but later changed majors to Business Management with a Minor in Music. After college, he worked at a local music store (George’s Music) for 5 years- 2 of which he spent as the Sales Manager.

During the pandemic, Bill decided to switch to teaching music and doing repairs full time, creating Delco Music Co. in December of 2020. His goal is to bring more music to the community and to help foster the talent in the area.
